Our Story
Three Decades of Structural Engineering Excellence
Clarke Engineering Services, P.C. was founded in 1993 by Brian Clarke, P.E. with a singular focus: providing expert structural engineering consulting for existing structures. With over 30 years of engineering experience, we have grown into one of the region's most trusted engineering and structural testing companies, serving property owners, developers, contractors, and construction professionals throughout the northeastern United States.
Our practice is built on deep specialization. We focus on the engineering challenges that require the most experience and judgment — aging structures, deteriorating parking facilities, complex inspection programs, and the technical demands of urban construction in New York City and the surrounding region.
As a NYC Department of Buildings approved Special Inspection Agency and QPSI-certified firm, we maintain the highest professional credentials in our field. Our engineers are licensed in 11 states, enabling us to serve clients wherever their projects are located.
